“We were on a road trip through Grand Junction and happened upon the Little Pink Truck. What an incredibly good lunch we had. The people were friendly, the menu offerings delicious. My husband got the Reuben with their homemade pastrami. I had the caprice salad and it was very unique with strawberries added that made it extra delicious. The amount of food for the cost was amazing. Note: there is not a great place to sit and eat there in the parking lot, so we went to a park and ate our delicious lunch. Next time we drive through Grand Junction we will absolutely look for the little pink truck.”
