“I've been here a few times now and each time is so excellent. Recently, it was to try a caramel latte made with their in-house produced syrup, and it was the best I have ever had, and I am picky! The salted caramel chocolate chip cookie was soft, chewy, top-notch. I wish they had more seating inside and a drive-through! If you haven't been to this little stucco coffeehouse, you are missing a great treat.”
“Stopped into Monumental Coffee Co. while in Colorado and I’m so glad I did. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the shop itself has such a bright, clean, relaxing atmosphere. It’s 100% worth the stop (and honestly way better than hitting Starbucks). The record player was such a fun surprise, and the vinyl collection is seriously impressive, it adds the perfect vibe.
