“We just recently discovered this AMAZING food truck and will definitely be returning again! This is hands down the best Hawaiian street food my husband and I have had in Grand Junction and can easily compete with some other great spots in larger cities. We went on the day they had crab cakes as a special and split the Land & Sea plate with short ribs and ahi poke. Both were delicious! I will say, you definitely pay for what you get and we spent $45 after tip but it was great food you can’t find elsewhere. We can’t wait to come back and try their other great options!”
“Great food from this truck with generous portions. Very tasty chicken katsu and very tender grilled short rib. Served with cabbage salad and macaroni salad ( I’m generally not a fan of Mac salad, but this one was quite good). We were at the Restoration Vineyards tasting room, an the food truck was a nice addition to the afternoon. The views there are beautiful and they keep a fire pit going for chilly days. As with any food truck, check for location that day. See menu and photos.”
