“I'm not sure my words will be able to truly do Brutal Pie justice, but given my addiction to their pizza, I should write a review. They are the best pizzas in town, bar none. The sourdough crust is crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside. The quality of the ingredients are not run of the mill and the seasonings are wonderfully flavorful. While I get Grandma Pie most of the time (don't forget the gnarly bread!), I have also had their florentine special (which was thin crust and insanely good) and several others. They offer thick and thin crust pizzas as well as desserts (tiramisu anyone?). The people are also super nice and service excellent. I frequently order on line and the time estimates are spot on.”
“I’m so so happy to have this place local in GJ. The craftsmanship is second to none. A lot of love and care and hard work goes into these pizzas and you can absolutely tell. The sourdough crust is crispy and chewy and deliciously fluffy. The topping are clearly good quality and the flavor combos are ingenious. Always got. Always fresh. Always on time and every employee I’ve met is a total joy to interact with. I get this pizza once a week! BRUTAL PIE TILL I DIE.”
