“My husband and I went out for a late lunch at the Blue Beryl Winery in Palisade. The scenery was beautiful and the plates were immaculate. My husband ordered his favorite lobster roll and I tried the special which was the fish and chips. The fish was Alaskan beer battered cod which was incredible; the batter was cooked to a perfect crisp served with scratch made tartar sauce and delicious truffle fries. The lobster rolls are consistently generous portions of buttery lobster served with boulder chips. The owners and employees are always super friendly and work hard to ensure they provide fresh seafood with excellent presentation, especially for a landlocked state. We moved here from Fort Lauderdale Florida and we were impressed with the amount of lobster they fill their sandwiches with in comparison with other seafood establishments we’ve been to. Their pricing reflects the quality of the food along with the portion size and we are always happy to pay for an enjoyable experience with excellent food. We will definitely be back!”
“This company is awesome. With just a few days notice, they were able to cater my wife’s 50th birthday party complete with the freshest oysters (half east and half west) and brought their own grill to make grilled oysters for those that didn’t want raw, complete with all the standard oysters fixins such as vinegar, tobasco, and horseradish. Not a single oyster survived the night haha! I highly highly recommend them and in fact just wish they’d open their own restaurant since fresh oysters are a true delicacy in the Valley!”
